For larger items or when your order isnt absolutely urgent, Australia Post's Parcel Post service is good value and very reliable.
All items are have a reference/tracking number and this is provided to you once your order has shipped.
Insurance is available at additional cost.

Australia Post - Express Post Service (Within Australia)

For more urgent items, the Australia Post Express Post service is very good.
All items also have a reference/tracking number and this is provided to you once your order has shipped. Express Post is generally a Next-Business-Day service.

Australia Post - AirMail (International)

All items sent to overseas destinations are sent via Australia Post Airmail service.
Items are insured whilst in transit (where insurance is available) and this cost is included in the itemised 'freight' or 'postage' charge noted on your invoice.
A reference number for your parcel will be emailed to you once it has been shipped.
Items should reach their intended destination in 7 to 21 business days, depending on destination. There can be occasional delays with customs or during peak periods, etc.
