Freight: Domestic - Within Australia
Within Australia, all orders are shipped with tracking.
We primarily use
Australia Post Parcel Post service, where all orders over $150.00 AUD in value will require a signature upon delivery. If you're unavailable to sign, parcels can then be picked up from your nearest Post Office or Australia Post agent.
Where also make use of the Australia Post
Express Post service where there is either a requirement for a quicker delivery time or where the service is a cost-effective option.

Where items within your order may be physically too large or heavy to travel via an
Australia Post service, we make use of local, low-cost, courier services such as
e-go.com.au. All orders shipped via courier have tracking and will require a signature upon delivery.
Freight: International
All international orders are shipped via
Australia Post Airmail services. Delivery timeframes differ from country to country. Where possible and cost-effective, we will ship via Australia Post
International Express Airmail. All orders shipped internationally will have tracking.
Please be aware that international freight costs on your invoice do not include any potential additional duties and taxes that may be payable to local (destination country) customs or similar services upon arrival of your order in your country.
Pickup
Pickup of orders via appointment only.
Delivery/Trackside
Delivery to some businesses, residential addresses and circuits with prior arrangement/discussion.
We might just even deliver to your favourite cafe!
If we can work out a way to save you the cost of freight or postage, we'll do just that. Putting faces to names of our customers and meeting in person is something we love.
All payments are to be made in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment in other currencies will not be accepted.

Returns: Warranty returns
Our biggest asset is our customers. Our strength, and something we pride ourselves on, is amazing customer service.
Everything we sell, particularly the items we fabricate in-house, has been tested over and over again to ensure the product available for the customer to purchase is of the highest possible standard.
In short, we've tried as hard as we possibly can to break it before we'd even think about offering it.
In the unlikely event that you might have a product that we have sold you fail, whether that's a DVS branded product or any of our offerings, we'll take end-to-end responsibility for the warranty process, including covering the cost of associated freight.

Returns: Change of mind - DVS Products
If you've bought a DVS branded product from us and aren't going to use it afterall, let us know and we can exchange it for something else or offer you a refund.
We'll still ask you to cover the costs of freight, but the flexibility to return a DVS branded product and exchange it for something else or a refund is there if you need it.
Returns: Change of mind - Buy Ins
We do not offer a 'Change of mind' refund for any non-stocked items or 'buy in' items from any of our suppliers.
